Here it is! My new course for women and those who menstruate.

Learn how the menstrual cycle affects your energy, emotions and creativity so that you can work with your body rather than constantly pushing through it.

This is something that I began learning about in 2020 and it has totally changed the way I relate to myself and the world in a very powerful way.

I hope that you can join me for this four week woodland circle exploring cyclical awareness, emotional patterns and the changing inner seasons of the menstrual cycle.

We start on Monday 15th June at 7:15pm around the fire in the beautiful woodland at Leigh Court Farm.
