Do you think you could win the tortilla de patata competition this year.
All you have to do is enter a fine specimen this Sunday between between 1 to 2 or 4 to 6pm. Please wrap them in tin foil, with your name on the top.
Our Flamenco band will entertain us during the evening while our judging takes place, with the winner announced at 7.30.
There will be tapas, sandria etc to purchase at the bar.
Everybody is very welcome to the event, even if you haven't entered a fine specimen you'll be able to get involved.
But of course if you entered then who knows
Good luck everyone, the trophy and kudos awaits.

If you need info on our new Spanish classes or need a Spanish level check then it's Spanish student night, with a little live Flamenco guitar session thrown in.
An opportunity to catch up with Spanish students, learn new tricks, share ideas or have a game of backgammon why don't or a game of Perudo together.

Let's learn Spanish online The class begins on 25th June at 7.15pm. We pick up the basics, introduce the grammar, cover the present tense, offer clear explanations and use a variety of audio, visual material, homework and lots more to support your studies. This class is suitable for complete beginners, but we also offer classes for beginner refreshers and lower intermediate. Just get in touch as we offer free level tests and an online assessments to ensure you're in the right class.
Class costs have been reduced to £60.

Free Spanish Book Club
I’m starting a free online Spanish book club to keep our spirits high and our Spanish fluent. We will be holding the book club every fortnight on a Monday evening from 7:30pm starting on Monday 11th May.
The first book I’ve chosen is El Principito, which will be familiar to many of you in English as The Little Prince. Although the book is a children’s classic I hope the challenge of reading this in Spanish will bring reward and enjoyment.
