Our workshops today!

What a great couple of days at the National Education Opportunities Network (NEON) Summer Symposium at Liverpool John Moores University last week!

One of the highlights was our trainer, Jo Slater, leading a laboratory session on "Oracy techniques to support students with better talk, better thinking and better decisions."

The session saw fantastic participation and discussion throughout. Attendees were keen to explore how oracy could enhance their own practice. Thank you to everyone who took part in the session and to those who stopped by our stand to chat.

Throwback to working with Y10 students from Northfleet School for Girls in 2024.

We’re delighted to share that we’ve received a renewed grant from the Jack Petchey Foundation for our Talk About The Future workshop for 2026/27.

What began as a pilot in 2020/21 will now enter its seventh year, helping young people across London and Essex develop their interview and employability skills so they can look to their future with confidence!

We’re incredibly grateful to the Jack Petchey Foundation for their continued support, and we’re looking forward to working with even more young people in the year ahead.

It was amazing to see so many happy faces and students getting involved.

Speaking in front of your peers is never easy, but our workshops are designed to help students step outside of their comfort zones in a fun, supportive and safe environment.
