With the football excitement upon us and many of us having a drink or two whilst watching the World Cup unfold. There will be lots of feelings of excitement, frustration and maybe even disappointment. Unfortunately it’s during times like this that domestic violence incidents rise.
Therefore we wanted to take this opportunity to share some information that could be helpful to anyone experiencing domestic violence or who may know someone who is.

This post is well overdue.

A massive Thank you to Whitchurch Primary who very kindly allowed us to borrow their drums for our music around the world topic back in January!

This week is Circus week at preschool. We will be talking about circus skills, maybe having a go if the children feel comfortable (juggling and plate spinning not tightrope walking, we are not that brave and I couldn’t hire a lion so no lion taming either- sorry). Talking about what they might wear at a circus, trying on some dressing up, role playing circus and playing with our small world circus sets. Learning about the circus though reading books (fiction and non fiction), learning some circus linked words and learning some jokes and magic tricks.
I’m sure there will be lots of laughter and clowning around. 🤡 🎪
