Guided Sessions: Paddle with one of our instructors, build your skills, grow your confidence and enjoy a friendly, supportive session on the water.

Unguided Sessions: Once you’ve been signed off by an instructor, you can head out independently with friends. Most people are ready for this after completing our one-day Introduction to Paddleboarding course.
