Dear Parents/Carers,

It's Disco Day at VPPS!
If you haven't already, please do inform us if your child/children will be;

•attending the discos straight from school and then coming to Moose

•coming to Moose after school and going to the disco and then returning to Moose or being collected once finished at the disco by yourselves with no return to Moose.

We have 2 discos on the each day, Tuesday and Thursday, at different times so please do be specific.

In spirit of the Winter Olympics commencing 06/02/26, our week will be themed to this special event!🥇

Moose Club will be OPEN on February 2nd as holiday club!

Bookings are live so book quickly before spaces go! Morning, afternoon and full day sessions are available.

Time flies when you're having fun at Moose Club! How has the first week back gone so fast? We've had such a busy week full of crafting, creating and games😁

The children's incredible work has been displayed on two of our new boards, they even got stuck in putting it up! One winter themed snowman☃️ and a beautiful handprint rainbow🌈

To bring in the new year, we made some 2026 themed calendars and marked off all of our important dates!🗓

We are so pleased to be back, seeing everyone and finding out all about the exciting things throughout the festive break. Keep a look out on the Moose page to see all the updates and exciting things coming up!🫎

A gentle reminder that term 3 bookings have gone live so please do check all bookings are correct and get in contact with us via the Moose email if you require any assistance.

We have also opened the booking for the inset day for the 5th of January. We will be running an all-day session as previously stated. There will be a morning, afternoon or a full day available. We will be running at maximum capacity for this day of 60 children. Please do book your child/children in before Thursday 18th December so we can pre-arrange the staff rota required as Moose will run for our last day this year on the 19th of December and we will require final numbers for the 5th of January before our break. The bookings will not be available over the holidays as we will not have any staff to man the emails/bookings.

No correspondence will be available from Moose during our Christmas break. Any emails will be responded to on our return on the 5th of January. The cut-off date to book for the inset day will be the 18th of December by 6pm.

Moose will be out of office from 19th December 6pm – 5th January 8.30am.

Bookings for the inset days are on a first come, first served basis like all Moose bookings.
