📢 Important Update for Parents/Carers! 📢

A gentle reminder to please ensure all classrooms are up to date for the new term. This enhances our safeguarding procedure between us and the school and ensures a safer transition to Moose.

🎒 After-School Clubs
After-school clubs start at VPPS soon. If your child has been booked into Moose and you wish them to come to Moose after the club, we will require the club name and day of the club. Please inform both Moose and the school so we can ensure we have the correct information going forward.
⚠️ Important: If your child/children are booked into a club and you no longer require Moose, please do remove your sessions so these can be offered out to other families.

📞 Absences & Contact Info
Moose must be informed directly of any absences for our after-school club. Please note that we are not a part of the school, we operate independently, and require this information directly. You can leave a message or text on the Moose phone or can email us on:📧 [email protected]

🎒 Reception Starters
If your child will be joining Moose from reception, please do ensure we have had the brief visit before the first session. You can arrange this via email.

⏰ Collection Times
Just to confirm, your child/children can be collected anytime during the session and before we close (5.55pm)

🤝 We Need Trustees!
Moose is urgently looking for new Trustees. Please follow the link for more information. As Moose is an independent non-profit organisation, we rely on the Trustees to keep Moose open. Without Trustees, Moose will not be operating. You can find out further information here:

Following VPPS' closure, this decision has not been taken lightly but for the safety of the children and staff, we must take action. Any sessions booked for either dates will be refunded back into your accounts.
