BIMM Bristol

Opening in 2008, BIMM Institute Bristol was the second BIMM college to open.

Bristol’s fiercely independent spirit sees music and art come together – something that we encourage immensely here at BIMM. BIMM Institute is Europe’s largest, most connected music institute with colleges based in vibrant musical cities across the UK and Europe. Our creative space not only nurtures talent; it also enables future generations to find their place within the music industry. We have over 35 years of experience in equipping students with the knowledge and skills they need to meet the demands of the ever-changing music business – and graduate feeling industry-ready. You’ll be part of a unique creative community, with access to unrivalled connections and real-world industry experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to be yourself and study in an environment that works closely with the very industry you’ll find your place in.

So, what does working in the music industry really look like?

Last month, Outer Town Festival and BIMM Bristol officially collaborated for the first time ever, and we had a blast! Not only is the festival founder a BIMM Bristol Alumni themselves, we also had our current students get involved by curating the first four slots at the Exchange Basement stage, liaising with artists, stage management, and supporting with marketing and PR strategies 🥳

No simulations. Just real-world experience.

Thanks to for the fantastic videography 🎥
