Field based, Covering Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire.

We are expanding our field technical team to support customers in and around Bristol. You will visit customer sites to assist end users in their use of IT.

Responsibilities:

-Onsite and remote support of user issues
-Installation of laptops, tablets and desktop computers
-Assist end users with IT peripherals such as printers, visualisers and interactive screens

Required Skills:

-Full UK driving licence
-At least one year’s employment in an IT support role
-Windows 10

Advantageous Skills:

-Office 365
-iPad management
-Windows Server 2012-2016
