😀 It's just as important to rest as it is to achieve, you can't have one without the other, you need balance, the ying and the yang equally.
If you didn't charge your phone at night you wouldn't expect optimum performance from it the next day would you!? You are the same!
If you expect alot from yourself, look after yourself alot.....simples! 😆❤🙏

GREAT book review! Focus on ONE thing at a time and become really good at it....ONE thing!
This year I've been focused on my physical health and its really paid dividens. I whole heartedly agree with this theory coming from someone who was always trying to do too many things at once and rarely happy with the results.
