Another wicked, nutritious reward for you!

have donated a month's subscription to their veg box scheme.

Former Shifty and Olly manage this flourishing market garden in Hengrove, Bristol.

Not only are they producing high quality, organically grown produce, they are also helping to tackle local food insecurity by contributing their nutrient dense fruit & veg to local food poverty charities AND hosting local people for regular volunteer days, facilitating a greater connection for people with the land, themselves and the food that keeps them going.

What a world of brilliant work.

We love taking our students to Lush Greens for their annual Permablitz - many hands making light work, giving back to these awesome guys.

So bag yourself this reward before someone else does!

We're recruiting!

SHIFT Bristol are seeking an Operations Lead, a role which will maintain the operational systems that support Shift Bristol’s educational programmes and wider organisational functioning.

Could this be you?

See the link in our Bio for more information πŸ™Œ

SHIFT is a living, values-led educational organisation. It is practical, relational, ambitious, and sometimes complex. Candidates must demonstrate an agility to move at pace with an evolving organisation, and a commitment to building a kind, just, ethical and sustainable world.

This role is for someone who can help create steadier ground underneath the work.

The Operations Lead will help SHIFT become clearer, more resilient, more accountable, and less dependent on informal systems or overstretched individuals. The work is partly administrative, partly relational, partly strategic, and partly about noticing what is falling between the cracks before it becomes a crisis.

Strong operations are not separate from regenerative work.

They are an essential foundation that makes it possible.
