What a lovely surprise to hear from a former clarinet student I taught at The University of Chichester. Moments like these reaffirm why I love what I do. Knowing that I can play a part in inspiring my students’ musical journeys means everything—equally, a reminder of why this is my way of life. Thank you, Matt 😊

Over the last 7 years I have loved hearing Oscar grow as a musician, from a young boy to a mature accomplished clarinettist.

What a wonderful reward of achieving Grade 8 Distinction ! 🤩🎉

Good luck to Oscar and continuing his musical journey at university.

My student Kate is celebrating achieving a first at The University of Chichester Conservatoire for her dissertation recital recordings.
We were able to continue online and complete preparations with huge success ! 🎉

Kate wrote a review about her experience..

“It was lovely to be taught by Emma at the University of Chichester over the last three years !
The lessons were always well planned and incorporated loads of useful technique practise. We had online lessons on Zoom that followed the same structure.
☺️ Overall, I would definitely recommend Emma to teach clarinet at any level as she has been one of my favourite teachers and I will really miss her “😃
