The Seasons Art Class, Clevedon & Portishead

Week four was oil pastels week. This week everyone conquered the same project and created fantastic figs. The beginners also learnt the techniques of oil pastels and tools used in pastel drawings 🖼️

Week three continues with drawing and the beginners learnt about the face and body proportions 👀👄👂👃🦵

Week three and and we still with then spooky theme for the returners project of pencil and biro…💀👻🎃☠️🐍 even some beginners having ago 🙌👏

Week two for the beginners was learning about one point perspective 🏘️ and enlarging a horse 🐎

There is a lot to take in for the beginners in this week and everyone did brilliantly. (Horses are never finished and the students love taking a project to finish off at home) 🤗👏

Week two for the returners was drawing spooky houses using pencil and biro 🏚️👻🎃

Autumn 2023 (term 6) week one the returners project was focusing on Michelangelo’s hand and hands in general. Lovely hands everyone 🙌👏🤗

Autumn 2023 (term 6) foundation students has kicked off with a bang ✍️. It was a pleasure to see lots of new faces and to see everyone get stuck straight in understanding negative space, ellipses, sighting and highlighting. Well done everyone for the great work you have achieved in the first week 👏
