The build up to Christmas has been such fun here at Daisychain! 🎅☃️
All age groups have enjoyed festive activities, catered to their needs and interests, from decorating Christmas trees made out of playdough to learning Makaton signs to go alongside our favourite Christmas songs.
It really is a wonderful time of the year 🎄

Today marks the day that we say goodbye to our wonderful Rosie, as she ventures off to travel the world!
Thank you for all you have done for the staff, children and families over your past 2 years with us. The children absolutely adore you and you've been a huge support to the team.
From an early years practitioner to a deputy manager here at Daisychain, it has been a pleasure to watch your confidence flourish.
We will really miss you, but wish you all the best for this adventure. Enjoy 🌎✈️

Our 2-5's have been practising their independence skills, preparing their own snacks.
They've been enjoying learning the sawing action to be able chop their own fruits and also spreading butter onto their own crackers 🍏🍎

Thank you to all the lovely parents who gave the team some lovely messages. The words of appreciation we have received is overwhelming.
We all enjoyed some tasty cupcakes & sweet treats today too, which is always a lovely pick me up on a cold October day ❄️

We enjoyed visiting the shops this week.
We chose daffodil bulbs to plant in nursery ready for spring time🌼
We also enjoyed visiting our local charity shop, fish mungers and flower shops.
