🌟 Welcome Back! 🌟

We hope all of our families have enjoyed a lovely and relaxing summer break and have made plenty of wonderful memories together.

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back from Monday the 7th September and getting back into our usual routines.

We have lots of exciting activities planned for the new term, including creative crafts, games and plenty of opportunities for the children to have fun, socialise and enjoy their time with us. 🎨🎲

We look forward to seeing everyone on Monday and wish all of our children a happy and positive start to the new term.

A couple of weeks ago we made the most of the sunshine and created lots of wonderful shadow pictures, working together to create them like this example here. ☀️

At club we worked in teams to try and build the tallest towers from a collection of different items. Children demonstrated great team work skills, creativity and problem solving. Great work!

Small children aren’t the only ones at risk of swallowing magnets. Many teens and tweens have accidentally swallowed them too.

One common scenario is when they try to create a fake tongue piercing using two magnetic balls and accidentally swallow them.

It happens so easily. But the magnets can attract to each other inside the body, sticking together and tearing holes in your child’s gut. This can cause life-changing injuries.

⚠️Please talk to older children about the dangers of putting magnets in or near their mouths.
