UWE student, Matthew Tomlinson, did his final year project on the abrasive resistance of Glass Aggregate Concrete last year, supervised by Dr Ghassan Nounu. His article was published in the most recent Concrete journal. Well done.

On 22 March 2022 the students of the Bridge Engineering module (which is part of the MSc civil engineering programme and the MEng civil engineering programme) have done a field trip visit to inspect the bridges at Chippenham Station and also Cumberland Basin in Bristol. Thanks to Philip Cooke who facilitated these site visits with the lecturer Claudia Anto.
