A lovely Easter celebration at Bertie’s 🐣 It’s a Spring Thing🌷

We were so pleased to welcome our families in to join us for a special spring afternoon ☀️

The children sang beautifully, sharing some of their favourite songs with big smiles 🎶 We enjoyed tasty bunny biscuits, made by Jo of course,🍪 and watched the Easter bonnet parade – the children were so proud of their wonderful creations 🎩

Such a happy, wholesome afternoon full of sunshine, laughter and special moments 💛

What an unforgettable morning at our local vets! 🐾🩺
The children in Jumping Beans were fascinated watching Sloth the vet carrying out an operation, exploring the x-ray machine and learning how it helps to look after poorly animals. We even had the very special treat of meeting one of the vet’s gorgeous puppies!
Such a wonderful real-life experience to bring our learning to life!

The Jumping Beans have been exploring and talking about emotions using storytelling. They have been learning traditional tales and making story maps to help them retell the story. They've also played sound bingo and acted out Little Red Riding Hood! 📖🎭

💛 Children in Need 2025 💛
Our mini movers have taken part in Children in Need this week by wearing their pyjamas and Pudsey ears! They`ve had a great day exploring the water tray, creating music by tapping cups together and singing songs with Louisa, Lotti and Cathy! Swipe to the end to see Louisa and Lotti looking fab! 🐻🎶💦

💛🐻 Children in Need Day is coming! 🐻💛
This Thursday and Friday we’ll be getting cosy for a great cause! 🌈✨
Children (and staff!) are invited to come to nursery in their pyjamas and join in the fun by taking part in our “Guess how many pom poms are in the Jar” game. 🎉

All money raised will go to BBC Children in Need, helping to support children and young people across the UK. Please look out for the QR codes around the nursery to make your donation! 💛

🌸🐰 Easter Parade Fun! 🐰🌸

Thank you to all our amazing parents and little ones for making our Easter parade such a special day! 🎉 The bonnets were adorable, the songs were sweet, and the smiles were priceless. 🥰 It’s moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to be part of such a wonderful community.
