Hello everyone! 👋 Over the past several days, a serious outage at our data center has knocked out our customer communication, billing, and ordering processes. This may mean some billings have not happened on schedule, and some products have not yet shipped. Our Information Technology team has been working around the clock to get it restored. My internship ended few weeks ago and I’m back in Europe (It’s definitely not that hot anymore lol).
