Recovery isn’t just about a good nights sleep 💙

It’s about creating small moments throughout your day to pause, reset and recharge.

Whether it’s stepping away from your screen, taking a few deep breaths, enjoying a short walk or sitting in silence for 5 minutes. Those moments can reduce stress and leave you feeling more focus and energised.
