Is going beyond any individual traditions to find the core of the work throughout all traditions. Shamanism is the oldest form of spirituality and exists in one form or another across the world. Common to all was a notion of expanded consciousness through what is known as “journeying” and operates from a viewpoint that everything is connected and interdependent whether within the visible world or the invisible world, and therefore, can be communicated with. From this we receive wisdom and the path opens up before us with as much support than you could possibly want!
