BIPA is more than just professional training, with excellent industry connections students are frequently taking part in workshops, student led socials and international trips. We’re looking for a Theatre & Events Coordinator to help bring our theatres, rehearsal spaces and campus to life.

One day it might be a student production. The next, a commercial hire, community event, rehearsal or live performance.

You’ll be the person joining the dots. Working with performers, production companies, community groups, customers and colleagues to take events from first conversation to final curtain.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, brilliant with people and comfortable when there are plenty of moving parts. Someone who cares about creating great experiences and can see the potential in our spaces beyond the timetable.

Because our campuses aren’t just places to study. We want them to be places where communities come together, creativity happens and brilliant things get made.

They’ve been here for three days. THREE. 👀

And already, our entire BIPA college level cohort is getting ready to take to the stage.

Platform is BIPA’s annual college induction programme, bringing together students from across our creative courses, alongside and, this year, Media Make-Up.

The students only started working on their material on Tuesday. By Friday, they’ll be performing together in front of a full audience of friends and family at the Olympus Theatre.

Three days of preparation.
A whole cohort working together.
One big performance.

It’s one of our favourite ways to start the academic year because it gives our new students an immediate taste of what it means to collaborate, create, perform and support one another.

And if this is what they can achieve in their first week…

Just imagine how far they’ll go ⚡️

It’s even better when creativity makes a difference, all ticket sales from Platform will be donated to Misfits Theatre Company 💜
