Excited to bring news we are hosting a knife defence workshop this weekend at St Cuthbert's Brislington

Attacks using knives and bladed weapons have been steadily rising for years... so having some knowledge and skill of how to handle this kind of attack is just plain common sense.

Running is always the first option, but when not possible having a back up could save you or your loved ones lives.

Bladed weapons expert Phillip Palmejar is coming over from the USA to teach filipino and Apache methods.

Event runs this weekend Saterday and Sunday 1-7pm at the church hall

***£65 for one day, £120 for both
Ages 16 yrs and above ***

Comment "👊1" or "👊2" to reserve your place now.

Jeet Kune Do Combatives will be incorporating what we learn into our street defence methods so you can train this with us at our weekly classes.
