Having a wholesome weekend - celebrating 4 years sober and running the Bristol 10k to raise money for Bristol Dementia Action Alliance. Got a 47.22 min time, under 50 mins was my target, happy days!

Coming to the end of week 2 recording with . 12 songs down, more to go then overdubs & bv's. Been an absolute laugh. Chord charts getting silly now, but great use of a lightboard.

Enjoying recording at home at my home studio for a few exciting projects like a documenary soundtrack, tunes with and new songs for . Just got a reamper, loving learning logic and mixing courses atm. Even built all the bass traps and acoutic treatment myself. Gonna be a great year! ✌️

Having an amazing time with Wolfgang Valbrun in France atm. We got an overnight ferry then spent the day with geese and went to beach. Last night we had an awesome gig at . Off to Bruz today!
