I’m running a FREE online workshop for women who are ready to feel more confident, energised, and finally make progress with their weight, without extreme dieting, workouts they don’t enjoy and confusion about what they should be doing.
We’ll talk about what’s actually been holding you back (it’s probably not what you think), and you can walk away with simple, realistic steps you can start straight away.

ELIZA FINALLY CHANGED HER MINDSET AND THE RESULTS FOLLOWED 🤷♀️
Before working with me, Eliza had been stuck in a constant cycle of losing weight only to gain it back again shortly after 🥲
She was over exercising, struggling with an unhealthy relationship with food and training, and never really knew what she should actually be doing in the gym to see long-term progress!
The result was feeling frustrated, lacking confidence, unhappy with the way she looked, and constantly starting over.
Like a lot of women, she thought she needed to be doing more:
Training harder
More workouts
Less food
But it only left her feeling burnt out and stuck in the same pattern 🥲
Soooo here’s what we changed:
🌸Built a structured training plan around her goals
🌸Focused on creating healthier habits with nutrition
🌸Prioritised her resistance training
🌸Helped her improve her relationship with exercise
🌸Created a realistic routine she could actually maintain
Now Eliza consistently shows up to the gym every week, pushes herself in her sessions, feels stronger, and is building habits that support her long-term progress 👏
Most importantly she’s no longer trapped in the cycle of constantly losing and regaining weight
She’s building a lifestyle she can sustain with confidence 💪

Guilty of letting the scale dictate your mood? 👀😩
Obviously there is a place for knowing your weight and being aware of its fluctuations
BUT
If you are one of those women that gets completely demotivated and thrown off by the scales, then remember that the scales aren’t always showing the full picture of your hard work, or a reflection of your progress 🙋♀️
Most likely your dream body isn’t the weight you think it would be anyway so let’s stop fixating on your weight and start focusing on the other ways of measuring progress 🫶🏻
