Wondering why you’re always feeling tired, sluggish and no motivation to do anything 🫠

1. Sitting down too much! 🧑🏼‍🩰- you need to get up and move your body

2. Crashes in blood sugar levels 🩸 - high carb/sugary foods and not enough protein and fibre are leaving you feeling sluggish

3. Dehydration 💧 makes you tired because it lowers blood volume, reduces oxygen flow, and alters electrolyte balance. When fluid levels drop, your body struggles to perform normal daily tasks

4. High stress levels 🤯 Stress makes you feel tired because it triggers a continuous fight-or-flight survival response that drains your physical and mental energy reserves. While short-term stress gives you a temporary burst of alertness, chronic stress leaves your body running on empty!

Dm me the word ‘tired’ if you are fed up of always running on empty 🪫

Ladies who keep putting things off and telling themselves maybe they’ll always be this way..

Here’s what you SHOULDN’T do if you want to end the year feeling like the best version of yourself 🫶🏻✨

Feel like sometimes it can be hard being confronted about things we know we should be doing… and we are all guilty of putting things off

BUT if you are really feeling fed up with the same outcome year after year and you keep saying things will change, now is the time to start because it really isn’t going to get any easier (said from kindness 🥺)

Comment me if you struggle with these things 🤍

If you feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start with losing weight, look at your STEPS! 💛

Obviously your nutrition needs to be addressed as well but if your daily energy expenditure is low this needs to be upped and the easiest way to do this is to walk more

Look at your health app on your phone and be aware of the trends… then try and improve on it weekly

Nothing fancy happened for my client to lose the weight she did, just actually being held accountable and building her steps into her life to build on the things she was already doing 😄

End of another week 🤎

A busy one with the kick off of the 2 week online challenge for the lovely ladies taking part 💪🏻🚀 great to see how consistent they’re being and seeing seeing the benefits the daily habits as well 😁💛

I’ve been decorating a playroom and solo parenting a toddler so my brain is frazzledddd this week 😵‍💫 but moving into next week I’m trying to keep on top of my own habits as well 🤪

How I’d stay on track as a 30 year old woman who still likes to go out but also not ruin the next day 🤪

I love going out and having some drinks but I do not love it having a knock on effect to the rest of my weekend/week

It’s not for everyone 👀 but if you’re someone who wants to do both then here’s what I’d do 🤍

What hard work and consistency looks like 👏🏻 even in non ‘perfect’ conditions 😍

No quiet life to build this around! 12 hour shifts as a nurse, 2 kids, uni on top of it all as well 🤯

Before we started, she was unhappy with how she looked, not being mindful with her food and generally frustrated with lack of will power!

The biggest flaws in what she was doing was:

💛 No plan that actually fit around shifts, kids and studying
💛 Walking but no actual structured exercise
💛 Never tracking weekends, so progress kept stalling
💛 not really knowing what to do and not being strategic

Here’s what we changed:

🌸 Built a plan around 1 gym session a week + home workouts she could any time (especially around kids)
🌸 Got her tracking calories consistently, including weekends, not just weekdays
🌸 Had her thinking about steps daily, not just workouts
🌸 Kept the plan realistic to her actual week and making adaptations depending on social events etc!

Now she feels strong. She’s building a shape she’s proud of, her clothes fit the way she wants, and she’s getting compliments at work on how she looks 😍

Well done Stacey very proud of your work and how you continue to show up to make this a long term change for you!
