🧘🏻♀️ Immersed in beautiful surroundings you’ll be guided by Beth through a series of exercises - Pilates, PHIIT, stretch and relaxation.
🥗 There will be freshly prepared food and drinks provided by seed nutrition, alongside nutritional advice and the opportunity to create your own wellness shot.

Research shows that as girls grow up they are more likely to underestimate their own abilities and possess higher levels of self doubt than boys.
The fact is that the confidence difference between girls and boys influences risk-taking, career choices and leadership opportunities in later life.
So why do our girls not feel confident enough when they are just as capable? When does this start to fall apart and what can we do?
Girls need the right role models, they need opportunities and they need quiet encouragement. Often that means rising above the expectations placed upon them by society or the media and really finding a sense of self worth that is anchored in their own values and beliefs about themselves, not the way they look.
That is the magic sauce that counts.

Hi 💚 So. I took a break from social media. Life got really tough from September onwards and so I decided to give my full presence to everything and everyone who needed me.
I was scrolling back through my notes and found this, my gratitude list from September, just as life had turned upside down I remember feeling so grateful for what I already had. As things got even harder I searched for the lessons I could take away and although I couldn’t always see it in the moment, these last few weeks have given me the space to fully appreciate why life deals us certain cards.
I just wanted to remind you that as we enter the New Year and your feed is full of everyone’s best bits, there will be real stories behind them that not everyone will talk about.
If you left a relationship, experienced grief, coped with anxiety, navigated menopause, battled an illness, lost a friend - these are the moments that will break you and remake you into a wiser, stronger and more compassionate version of yourself.
So if 2025 wasn’t the best for you then give yourself a minute to reflect on what got you through those moments? What do you want to keep hold of? What has given you glimmers of joy?
Even in the dark times, there will always be at least one thing we can find to be grateful for 💚 and that is something to remember as we end this year.

✨ Declutter your mind in September ✨
I wrote these prompts with the aim of giving you an opportunity to take a step back and pause.
Whether you need to gain clarity in the midst of overwhelm or just refocus yourself on what it is that you’d like to achieve as we close the door on summer, I hope this helps!
Carve out 15-20 minutes to think about these questions with a notebook and pen.
You could light a candle, play some music or set your alarm and wake early to do this before anyone else is up!
1. As we begin the transition into Autumn, what is it that you would most like to invite into this season or create for yourself?
2. Why is this important to you and how and where can you make space to allow this to grow?
3. What is standing in your way and how can you overcome these blocks?
4. What (or who!) do you need to leave behind?
5. What would you like to look back on and feel proud of in December?
6. What small step will you take today that moves you closer towards the way you’d like to feel/what you’d like to create or achieve?
