So if you would like an hour to relax and restore - come on down!

Sunday 1st September at 7.00pm at the Sanctuary Room in Keynsham.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Gongbathers!

Recently I was reminded about how easy it is to get caught up in the stresses of our head - when the constraints and old stories and triggers from past events end up inadvertently ruling our outlook, quality of life and interactions for a bit.

But happily, 🙂 I was also reminded that there are things that we can do which can help us to come out of our head, out of our rigid stories and back into peace and flow with even a touch of bliss! 💫

To me, a session with bowls 🥣 and gongs 📀 does just that - it foxes my brain into giving up on the story and brings me deep into the beautiful still point inside where things are ok - more than ok!

So here is an invitation for a little summer reset - with maybe even a touch of bliss!

Join me for a Sunday evening Gongbath on Aug 11th at the Chocolate Quarter in Keynsham.

7.00-8.15pm
£15
(£7.50 for staff and residents of St Monica Trust)

Message me to book your matspace.
