our Samhain Goddess Activation on Sunday in beautiful Priston- the energy was OFF THE CHARTS! 🔥🔥🔥

👑We danced

👑we adored the Goddess in each of us

👑we received a powerful AKAWA session

👑we nourished ourselves with beautiful food

👑 we received the power of fire in ceremony

👑we manifested our dreams with s@x magic meditation.

👑 Then we lay in the healing frequencies of gongs and bowls and let it all integrate.

Wow, what a day it was!
So grateful to have spent the day with these amazing women.

Gongbathers!

Recently I was reminded about how easy it is to get caught up in the stresses of our head - when the constraints and old stories and triggers from past events end up inadvertently ruling our outlook, quality of life and interactions for a bit.

But happily, 🙂 I was also reminded that there are things that we can do which can help us to come out of our head, out of our rigid stories and back into peace and flow with even a touch of bliss! 💫

To me, a session with bowls 🥣 and gongs 📀 does just that - it foxes my brain into giving up on the story and brings me deep into the beautiful still point inside where things are ok - more than ok!

So here is an invitation for a little summer reset - with maybe even a touch of bliss!
