Never let anyone who treats you badly tell you it was because of their rough childhood. It is never ok to put up with this type of abuse. They are taking their trauma and projecting it onto you. These people know what they are doing. They can make better choices on how to treat someone but some just purely don't want to.

A healthy relationship doesn't weigh you down it will inspire you.

When you break the cycle from your relationship your healing journey begins, it's not a fast process you will feel lonely you will feel bored, but you'll also rediscover yourself, you may feel a profound sense of peace, then your smile begins to appear again.

Look for patterns within your relationships to see where you can heal.

They will always play the victim then act like you are the crazy one 🤯.

The moment you start to Google someone else's behaviour towards you is the biggest red flag you'll ever need.

Your body's intuition will be the first sign that something isn't right about someone, the second phase will be your doubts the third will be googling other people's behaviours.

Sometimes we don't want to face the truth about someone because some days they will be nice and other days they will be horrible.

Never let anyone lower your self worth. You are worth so much more.
