Jerome McKenzie,
Jerome is 20 years old. Jerome is working as a self-employed plasterer and he is currently being assessed onsite by Bristol Plastering Academy.

Jerome will receive a NVQ level 2 in plastering after passing his onsite assessment. Jerome studied plastering in college aged 16-19 years old and received a Diploma level 2 in plastering. Jerome’s Diploma level 2 in plastering qualification was not recognised by the construction industry and he could not get a blue skilled worker CSCS card.

Now Jerome is taking his NVQ Level 2 in plastering course with Bristol Plastering Academy and will be able to get a blue CSCS card after he passes his onsite assessment. If you interested in becoming a qualified Plasterer and If you are interested in gaining a NVQ Level 2 in plastering like Jerome then please give us a call or send us an email.

In March we had 15 year old Zion join us for a week of work experience. 💪🏽

During this week Zion got stuck in and learnt some skills needed for a future career in construction.

We were extremely impressed with Zions passion to learn and work ethic at such a young age. We have no doubt Zion will go on to have a successful career within the construction industry. 👏🏽💯
