Ever wondered what goes into building a handmade guitar? Now’s your chance to step inside the workshop and learn the craft yourself.

Our new Sunday sessions run from 10am–1pm in a small group setting, with a maximum of three students per class, giving you plenty of time, guidance and hands-on experience.

Sessions begin in November. Spaces are limited, so book your place and start your guitar making journey.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a guitar slowly take shape.

This is the back of an acoustic guitar, where two bookmatched pieces of tonewood are carefully joined before the braces are fitted. It’s one of those early stages that doesn’t look especially dramatic, but every detail here has an impact on the finished instrument.

It’s a privilege to spend my days turning beautiful pieces of wood into guitars that will hopefully be played for generations.

Follow along if you’d like to see more of the guitar-making process, workshop tips, repairs and the occasional finished instrument.
