We were delighted to welcome our second group of Bristol City Council Post-16 students as they continue working towards gaining their CSCS cards through training delivered in partnership with Partners in Bristol and City of Bristol College.

The programme provides students with valuable knowledge and practical skills across health & safety, plumbing and construction, helping to prepare them for future careers in the industry.

These photos capture the students taking part in their session with David Dibble, where they gained hands-on experience in a practical learning environment. It's fantastic to see their confidence and skills continue to grow as they take the next step towards careers in construction. 👏🔧🏗️

Ten learners recently visited the Co-op Warehouse for an exclusive site tour, where they gained a behind-the-scenes look at the fast-paced world of warehousing and logistics.

The visit also included practical advice from the Co-op team on what they're looking for in applicants, along with tips on how to stand out during the recruitment process.

Experiences like these help bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace, giving our learners valuable industry insight and confidence as they take their next steps into employment.
