Amena is a talented singer and songwriter from Cairo, Egypt. Growing up in the vibrant city, she developed a love for both Arabic and Jazz music.

Join is for incredible music, gathering around the fire, brews from and pizza from 🌆

All profits from these concerts directly support Bristol Tree Craft’s community work.

Friends! It’s Father's Day this Sunday, don't forget!🌻 We just finished setting up a new shop so you can get gift vouchers 🎁 a load of NEW workshop dates are also now live too!🪵

Thanks to all of you who came to our latest Community Sunday 💛 These days are always so wonderful to reignite a sense of belonging and intergenerational connection.
🫂New friends were made
🪵We collectively carved our new wooden ‘Connection’ mural
🌱There was plenty of willow weaving creations
🐦We learned how to sculpt birds out of clay
🌾and imprint seasonal plants onto clay
👋A bunch of you came over and offered to volunteer at the next one which is so moving 🥰

The sourdough angels have answered our prayers 🍕🙌 's iconic Land Rover pizza oven is rolling into . After teaming up with the Rova Foundation to support our fundraising efforts, we're excited to share some seriously good pizza while raising funds to keep our mental health programmes free and accessible. ☀️

Meanwhile, up in our workshop on the hill, we'll be hosting our June edition of Stories in the Shavings🌙 - an evening of live music, storytelling and community. 🎶Amena, Thursday 18th June ✨ link in bio 🎟️ There are just a few tickets left if you'd like to join us See you there! 🌿

18th June ✨ upcoming Stories in the Shavings ft. Amena ❤️

Amena is a talented singer and songwriter from Cairo, Egypt. Growing up in the vibrant city, she developed a love for both Arabic and Jazz music. She aims to bring together the best of both worlds creating music that blends her cultural roots with the harmony and rhythms of Jazz. In her newest project, she’s drawing inspiration from pioneers of early Egyptian/Levantine Folk music like Sayed Darwish and Rahbani Brothers. She's set to infuse their timeless compositions with her own twist, in addition to channeling their spirit in her own original compositions.

We’ll be offering outdoor pottery, willow weaving, kids corner and all gathering together for a FREE communal lunch over fire🌻

🌳Sunday 14th June 10.30am - 4.30pm at the Bristol Tree Craft workshop, Bridge Farm, BS16 1BQ

Try your hand at our planned activities or just come and relax in the grass/on the cushions, eat cake & enjoy being in nature 🪵 🌱 ☕

Mesmerising 😌🪈 Ford Collier is a Radio 2 Folk Award Nominated multi-instrumentalist, specialising in British Isles folk and rhythm-led traditional fusion. He plays low whistle, guitar, and percussion, and draws on a wealth of traditional Irish tunes, his years of experience as an accompanist, and the rhythmic language of India/the middle east to broaden his roots in UK folk.

🌳Join us on 14th May for a night of beautiful folk music 🪕 with all proceeds going towards supporting free-to-access mental health nature-based programmes 🌻 Stories in the Shavings are BACK! First gig of the 2026 season are the wonderful Griffin & Collier 💛
