3 Years ago LTT was a bedroom start up, after exceptional continuous growth, we are now looking for our next Consultant.
Our culture is everything, we don’t need stereotypical ‘big biller types’ we need good people that are willing to learn and grow with the business.
Unlike most, we’re not a revolving door of staff, no one has left, no one has been fired, we just simply are growing.
The Role
This will be a full 360 role, developing new areas alongside some account management. We have exceptionally high standards for our Candidates experience and Client standards, we take huge pride in what we do.
You
You must be self driven, no one is forcing you into work, we need highly self motivated people to be onboard with the companies aims
Independent, we will trust you to complete work, but it does need you to be accountable and work without spoon feeding!
