🍂🎨 Autumn Handprint Art on the Farm! 🎨🍂

Our little artists had lots of fun getting creative on the farm as they painted their hands and created their very own leaf pictures! 🍁🖐️ They showed amazing eye-hand coordination as they carefully painted their hands before pressing them onto the paper, then added their own stalks to complete their pictures. 🌿

They talked together about the different colours they could see and explored the different textures they could feel, making this a wonderful sensory experience too! 🥰

The babies loved having the independence to paint their own hands and getting stuck into this fun, messy activity. It was a lovely way to combine creativity, sensory exploration and physical development while enjoying some autumn-inspired fun on the farm! 🍂🧡✨

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

This week, we’re excited to introduce Chelsea, one of our newest members of the baby team! 🩷👶🏼

Chelsea has settled into the Avon Valley team so well and has already built some lovely bonds with the children. She’s always happy to lend a helping hand, gets stuck into every task and arrives with a big smile on her face! ☺️✨

Outside of nursery, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading stories. 📕💕

If you see Chelsea around, please give her a warm welcome! 🌸

Thank you, Chelsea, for all your hard work and positivity. We’re so happy to have you on the team! 🥰

🌈Scarf & Tube Fun!🌈

Our babies had lots of fun exploring colours, textures and threading using colourful scarves and toilet roll tubes! They showed amazing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination as they carefully pushed and pulled the scarves through the tubes. 👏✨

The babies also loved getting creative with the scarves, putting them on their heads and playing peekaboo, as well as looking through the toilet roll tubes and discovering the world around them! 👀🥰

This fun, colourful activity promoted fine motor development, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, concentration, communication and social interaction, while encouraging curiosity and independent exploration. 🌈💛

What a lovely, playful learning experience! 🥰
