With Alice joining me as a full time assistant we can now open up new spaces.
We follow a gentle, child-centered approach and work at low ratios allowing children to form secure bonds with us and develop the emotional literacy and confidence to explore, play and learn.

We also incorporate elements of Forest School, Montessori and the Reggio Emilia approach into our practice.

We value inclusion, liberation and autonomy for children and their families. We prioritise the needs of those most marginalised and encourage understanding and allyship, making sure we are always looking at our own practice and responses through an intersectional lense.

An introduction: I'm a childminder in Barton hill, Bristol specialising in gentle, respectful and inclusive child care for under 5s. My approach is child centered and I include elements of montessori, reggio Emilia and forest school into my practice. I also hold spaces for q***r families. Please get in touch if this is you!
