⭐️ Golden Ticket Tea ⭐️

What a lovely way to end the school year! Children from all year groups at Filton Avenue Primary School joined our Headteacher, Mr.Rodeck, and Deputy Headteacher, Mrs. Stefanini, for a special Golden Ticket Tea, celebrating their achievements and sharing what they were most proud of and enjoyed most about school this year.

With tasty treats, drinks and lots of smiles, it was a wonderful celebration. For some of our Year 6 pupils, this was their final Golden Ticket Tea before beginning their exciting secondary school journey. We wish them all the very best for the future! 🌟

🎸🎤 Rocksteady End of Year Performance! 🎤🎸

What a fantastic way to end the school year! This week, our talented musicians took to the stage during our End of Year Assembly to perform for children, parents, and carers.

The school bands showcased the amazing progress they have made throughout the year, performing a selection of songs they have been learning and practising during their Rocksteady music lessons. It was wonderful to see their confidence, teamwork, and musical skills shine through as they entertained the audience with their performances.

We are incredibly proud of all the children who took part. Their dedication and enthusiasm have helped them grow as musicians, and they should be very proud of how far they have come.

A huge thank you to Rocksteady Music School for their continued support and inspiration, and to all the families who joined us to celebrate the children's achievements.

🎶 Well done, Rocksteady bands! We can't wait to see what you'll achieve next year! 🎶

🚶‍♀️🌞 A Fantastic Family Walk to School Morning! 🌞🚶‍♂️

What a wonderful start to the day on Monday! We were delighted to see so many children, parents, carers and staff joining our Family Walk to School Morning.

Meeting at Gainsborough Square, we enjoyed a lovely walk together along Constable Road and Lockleaze Road, arriving at school ready for the day ahead. The smiles, conversations and sense of community made the morning extra special.

Walking to school is a great way to enjoy some fresh air, spend time together and encourage healthy, sustainable travel habits. It was fantastic to see everyone supporting this initiative and setting such a positive example for our children.

A huge thank you to all of the families and staff who took part. We hope you enjoyed the walk as much as we did! 💙

🎉🥳 O-Pal Celebration Party! 🥳🎉

What a fantastic achievement! Our amazing O-Pals have earned a well-deserved celebration for all of their hard work, kindness and dedication throughout the year.

To recognise their efforts, we held a special O-Pal Party in the lunch hall, where they all came together to enjoy drinks, cakes, biscuits and lots of fun with their friends. 🍰🧃🎈

The afternoon was filled with smiles, laughter and excitement as we celebrated everything our O-Pals have contributed to making our school such a positive and welcoming place.

A huge well done to all of our O-Pals – we are so proud of you and grateful for the difference you make every day! ⭐👏
