Liza Bennett Pilates and I ran our first Pilates & Mindfulness Retreat on Sunday and had the best time ever. Better still - our guests loved it too!

It can be a little scary trying something new, but with a little courage, a lot of passion and a great partner, anything is possible!

Super excited to announce that I have teamed up with the awesome, Liza Bennett, to bring you a super special Pilates and Mindfulness Retreat.

We have booked the gorgeous Berwick Lodge and will be hosting a wonderful day of Pilates and Mindfulness.

We come to Hayle every year and spend a week in this beautiful place with our wonderful extended family. Each year this view never fails to pack a punch. It is my happy place. The most gorgeous beach in the UK (if not the world.)

Yesterday I was talking to a woman in the local shop and was saying how special this place is. She paused and replied ‘you’re right, but living here it’s easy to forget and take it for granted.’

It made me think…I wonder what I take for granted back in Bristol. If I looked through the eyes of a tourist, what would I see?

✨ Starting next Wednesday 26th January! ✨
We will explore mindfulness principles and learn a variety of mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful eating, mindful walking and mindful movement. It is a fun, interactive and immersive course designed to support you to develop a set of mindfulness skills and attitudes that will be profoundly useful for the rest of your life.

The course is based on a fusion of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based CBT. Each week has a new focus and the overall structure has been designed to widen your knowledge, deepen your experience and increase your skills.
