Hello lovely Phonics Tots🥰

I just wanted to give you a little update as I haven’t posted in a while…

We welcomed our little girl Sophia on the 4th October❤️ We are doing really well (even though it does feel very chaotic😅) and Isla is enjoying being a big sister!

I am really missing doing the classes and still hope to be back next year so keep your eye out for more updates🙌🏻

M A T E R N I T Y L E A V E👶🍼

As many of you know I am due to have my second baby in September🥰I have now started my maternity leave but I hope to bring the classes back in Spring 2024.

I will keep you all updated with any plans for classes on Instagram and Facebook🙂

I also wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has come to any of my classes. I’ve loved running them and I will really look forward to bringing them back to you all next year.

A few photos of another lovely week🐞

This week we enjoyed the story ‘What The Ladybird Heard At The Seaside’ & it helped us to practice our letter sound☺️

I heard some wonderful story retelling using the seaside tray and character props👏🏻 Some of the youngest visitors enjoyed the edible ‘soil’ & mermaid’s hair too!

We practiced lots of our fine motor skills during the activities this week as well as developing our early maths skills with a counting game🎲

Sadly these were the last June sessions. The next sessions are in July and booking is on my website as usual🥰

Here is a little idea of some of the activities we got up to this week😊

The children enjoyed learning phonics through the story of the Three Little Pigs. They helped me read the story with their own wolf puppet & they were great at huffing and puffing down the houses🏠🐺

I saw lots of fantastic, imaginative role play 🙌🏻 and the children got very creative making houses for the pigs👍🏻
