Active Kids

This month we are going to be looking back at all the yoga poses we have learnt through the year and turn them into active learning games. Although there may still be some Aliens out to steal underpants!

It's the last official month of summer and we are ready to have some fun with lots of active learning games to play.

This week is going to be another hot one! Perfect for a dive under the ocean to meet the talented sea creatures in this months yoga classes.

Yes it's' World Cup football fever this month and both our Active Kids and our Active Kids Yoga classes will have football themed classes. Of course it's not all about football, it's a great opportunity to talk about countries around the world. It's coming home!

A pre-schooler requested a produce a yoga class to this wonderful book. How wonderful to be inspired by children's imagination! This has now become one of my favourite yoga classes with such a beautiful message.

It's May and we are off to the Bristol Zoo Project! How will we get there? What will we see? What do they do? All this and more answered in our super imaginative physical development classes this month.
