🎨 Activity Coordinator 🎲 – Part-Time (16 Hours per Week)💃🏼

Do you enjoy making a difference every day?

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and creative Activity Coordinator to join our friendly team in our dementia care home.

Working 16 hours per week, you will plan and deliver meaningful activities that bring enjoyment, promote wellbeing, and enhance the quality of life for our residents living with dementia.

What you'll do:

· Plan and lead fun, engaging group and one-to-one activities.

· Organise seasonal events, celebrations and outings.

· Encourage residents to participate and stay active.

· Work closely with residents, families and the care team to provide person-centred activities.

We're looking for someone who:

· Is caring, compassionate and enthusiastic.

· Has great communication and organisational skills.

· Is creative and enjoys working with older people.

· Has experience in care or activities (preferred but not essential as training will be provided).
