Did you know it’s just 13 days left until the longest day!

As life becomes busier and our calendars fill with work, family commitments, social events and endless to-do lists, it can be easy to lose sight of ourselves.
We spend so much time responding to the needs of others that we rarely stop to ask what we need.

Yet June offers a different invitation.🌿
As nature reaches towards the light and everything around us seems to be flourishing, perhaps this is the perfect moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters to us.
In my latest blog, I explore the gentle energy of June and how we can use this season to slow down, tune into ourselves and create space for intentional growth rather than simply rushing from one thing to the next.
Because growth isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about coming home to yourself.

Who supports the people who support others?

Behind every great coach is a commitment to reflection, learning and ethical practice. 💙
Today I held the first Abigail Jane Coaching case conference with my wonderful associate coaches, Kate and Alice, who are currently supporting AJC clients with their career goals.
Creating space for coaches to come together, share insights, discuss challenges and support one another is something I feel deeply passionate about. Whilst I bring over 20 years of leadership, coaching and training experience to these conversations, I am equally grateful for the extensive knowledge, wisdom and professionalism that Kate and Alice bring too.
One of the themes that emerged from our discussion was the importance of boundaries.
As coaches, we care deeply about our clients and want the very best for them. Yet effective coaching isn’t about rescuing, fixing or carrying someone else’s goals. In fact, doing too much can disempower clients and leave us depleted.
The most powerful coaching happens when clients remain accountable for their goals and responsible for their outcomes, whilst we provide the support, challenge and space they need to grow.
Using the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision and Claire Pedrick’s STOKERS framework, we reflected on our practice, explored ethical considerations and strengthened our contracting.
I left feeling incredibly proud of the professionalism, care and commitment within the Abigail Jane Coaching team.
Because great coaching starts with great reflective practice. ✨

Reflection, supervision and professional community matter.” ✨

This honestly means the world 🤍

When I started my business, I had no idea that I’d end up coaching with dream teams like the gorgeous team at Ogilvy UK and global brands like OGX. 💫

Forever grateful for these opportunities to make a difference through transformative life coaching. 💫

This week I was invited to an event in Soho celebrating the new OGX Peptides Growth range. As guests explored the science behind healthier-looking, stronger hair, they were also invited to reflect on personal growth through a series of coaching prompts I helped create and talked them through. It was a wonderful reminder that growth isn’t just something we see on the outside – it starts from within too. ✨

Feeling very grateful for the opportunity with OGX Beauty and Ogilvy at their brand event in Soho this evening, being the resident life coach for influencers, press and PR professionals. 💫

🌙I am absolutely over the moon to see that I now have an amazing 63 five star reviews on google business.
My work as a career and life coach continues to bring me so much joy and knowing that it makes a positive difference to my clients is something I will always be proud of.
This review was kindly left by a client I’ve supported this year to leave her employment and take the leap into starting her own business.
We’ve now had five sessions where we’ve explored her core values, determined what really motivates and lights her up, worked on a branding and marketing strategy, developed her LinkedIn profile and set realistic goals towards her longer term vision for her business which also support her well-being and personal growth.
I can’t wait to see how she continues to develop in 2026!

If you are feeling stuck and want to make a change next year, coaching can help you to move forward more confidently and with greater clarity. Check out the link in bio for all my coaching updates and info. 🔗
