Education is one of the most powerful things we can offer someone. It can also, for some people, be one of the most difficult things to come back to.

A lot of the learners we work with carry memories of subjects that felt impossible, exams that went badly and classrooms where they did not feel seen or supported. We kept Functional Skills on our curriculum because those experiences do not mean someone is not capable, they mean someone was not supported in the way they needed, and we get the chance to change that! 👏
