This week we delivered lifesaving training to members of Fuse Gym. ๐Ÿ’ช

With their new defibrillator now on site, theyโ€™re better prepared to act in an emergency.

We donโ€™t just teach in clinical settingsโ€”we bring lifesaving skills to your workplace, gym, school, or community too.

โญ We always really appreciate the feedback we receive after training sessions โญ๏ธ

Hereโ€™s a recent comment from one of the GP surgeries we trained:

๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œOne of the best BLS sessions weโ€™ve had. Very practical, engaging and relevant to real clinical situations.โ€

Our aim is always to deliver training that feels useful, practical and relevant to real emergencies, rather than just another mandatory update.

Thank you to all the practices who take the time to share feedback ๐Ÿ™

๐Ÿฅ GP surgeries/dental practices โ€“ when was your last BLS update?

Emergencies in primary care are rare, but when they do happen itโ€™s vital the whole team feels confident responding ๐Ÿซ€

Our Basic Life Support training is designed specifically for healthcare teams and focuses on practical skills you can use in real situations.

During the session we will:

๐Ÿซ€ Review CPR techniques using high-quality mannequins with real-time feedback
โšก Practice using training defibrillators and emergency equipment
๐Ÿ’‰ Run through the recognition and management of anaphylaxis, including EpiPen use
๐Ÿ“ฆ Review your practice emergency equipment
๐Ÿ“˜ Provide free booklets summarising the latest 2025 Resuscitation Council guidance

There is plenty of time for hands on practice, ensuring everyone leaves feeling confident.

Our diary is already filling well into the summer and beyond ๐Ÿ“…

๐Ÿ“ฉ If your practice would like to arrange training this year, feel free to get in touch
