Batch Cook Club are excited to be back at Redcliffe Nursery for a series of fun, hands-on cooking sessions for parents & carers starting 6 May, 12.30-2.45pm.

🍜 Peanut, miso and cucumber noodles - tomorrow!
Pop down to St Peter’s Methodist Church, Broomhill, Tuesday 28 April, 12.30-2pm to try our deliciously moreish peanut miso and cucumber noodles!
Using ingredients available at this week’s Food Pantry, we’ll show you how to make a quick and nutritious meal that’s fibre-rich and full of protein.
Chat to us about the benefits of a fibre-rich diet and speak to a clinician from Nightingale Valley Practice about cancer screening, symptoms and pathways.
