🚨 Last few places for TOMORROW! 🧑‍🍳

Our monthly Cook & Eat classes usually sell out, and we’ve had a few last-minute spaces become available!

This week’s menu is giving fresh, colourful, summer vibes ☀️

🥬 Roll your own GIANT Summer Rolls (the bigger, the better!)
🥗 Create a creamy High-Protein Salad
🥜 Dunk everything into an irresistible Peanut Miso Sauce you’ll want to put on absolutely everything.

These classes, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, are designed to show you that healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. Each month, we share simple, budget-friendly, nutritionally balanced recipes that are easy to recreate at home using everyday ingredients.

Come for the recipes, stay for the relaxed atmosphere, shared meal and great conversation. Whether you’re a confident cook or just here for the food, we’d love to have you!
