💪 Huge congrats to Hayley who was Aprils 1-2-1 Member of the Month
👌 I head to Hayley’s around her work schedule and it has been such fun since the start. She has progressed great since the beginning and we don’t fail to have a laugh throughout the whole session. This is what she said about the sessions and her progress;
💚 “Working out with Chelsea has been brilliant from the start. She’s amazing at working around my hectic schedule, and when my physio diagnosed my hypermobility she completely rebuilt my training plan so I can train safely without my body breaking on me. On top of that, we have such a laugh that I joke we just giggle for an hour and occasionally I lift a weight or two 😂. But in reality, I’ve grown so much in physical strength and confidence over the last two years, and I’m beyond grateful to Chelsea ☺️💪🏼“

💪 Well done and thanks to Clare who was Aprils 2026 member of the month
🥊 It has been great to have Clare back after a period of time off to give birth and look after her baby girl 💗. This is what Clare had to say about the Boxercise classes herself;
🙌 “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my boxing and previous 1:1 sessions with Chels. Not only did she complete a course to ensure I could continue to work out safely during my pregnancy but she has also assisted in my post partum recovery. Feels good to be back.”
👌 Well done Clare on all stages… pre and post pregnancy. Really enjoyed getting my level 3 so I could accommodate her and Isla 😁. Such a great person to have in class!!

💪 Well Done and Congrats to our March Class Member of the Month - Alex!
🥊 Alex has picked up the punches great since starting and she really isn’t afraid to let off some steam!! 😝. Here’s what Alex had to say about Tuesday eves Boxercise Class;
🙌 “Boxercise class has been a great way for me to build and maintain full body fitness and learn a new skill in a friendly and supportive environment. Chelsea is very welcoming and adapts to different abilities while pushing us as individuals and providing many laughs each session. 🙌 Well Done to our March 1-2-1 Client of the Month, which goes to Sue 🙌
💪 Sue has gave her all from the very start and it has been an absolute pleasure seeing her progress weekly. We joke about when it’s going to stop, but she’s a machine! Here is what she’s had to say for herself;
🤗 “I started working with Chelsea in September 2025. My goal was as a woman in my 50’s I wanted to future proof myself so I can remain as active as possible. I had never done any weight training before . Chelsea’s approach is really encouraging getting you to do things that you don’t believe you can do. Her belief in me always pushes me to one more rep so I can make it to an even number. I never thought I would enjoy training but I do and the hour really flies by - unless it is any time in plank and then it goes backwards 😂”

💪 February 1-2-1 Client of the Month goes to Jamie
🙌 He has been an absolute pleasure since starting with me. We adapted his goals and went around his schedule to fit in our sessions, and I cannot thank Jamie enough for his time, commitment and energy. Here is what he had to say for himself;
🙌 “I’ve trained 1-2-1 with Chelsea for just over a year with the aim of enjoying sport again without the fear of a pulled muscle. My overall increase in strength and conditioning as a result has been great, most notably on my recent ski holiday. Her friendly and encouraging approach have made the training all the more enjoyable, and her flexibility to fit in sessions around my shift work was also a big help. Many thanks!!”

🙌 There is so much I can say about Becky, and I’ll just start by saying that this woman never fails to put her all in. She is an absolute pleasure to have…. she’s hard working, up for a laugh, yet very eager to learn 💪. Here’s what Becky had to say for herself;
🙌 “I’ve been coming to Chelsea’s classes since I moved to the area 3 years ago. The sessions are fun and Chelsea’s advice and help has been invaluable. Her down to earth approach is fantastic and keeps me motivated every week!”

🚨 A New Functional Fitness Class in Claverham Village Hall. Wednesdays at 11:15am - 12:00 (45 minutes)🚨
💪 If you’re someone who wants a lower-impact group class which works stability and overall strength for real life activities then this is for you
💪 I will cater for all abilities and ages over 50, including active seniors
💪 I will provide a progressive approach and give you confidence when working solo
💪 We will have a full body session, working with body weight and weights *going at your own pace*
💰The classes will be £7 per session (£35 for 5)
💰First class will be £5, £8 if you bring a friend (£4 each)

💪 My first ever “1-2-1 Client of the Month” goes to Tracey Poole. A well deserved recognition of how much she has grown and improved since the start 👏. Here is what Tracey had to say for herself;
🙌 “I totally recommend Chelsea she has a great way of helping me progress whilst working with what I can do. I do PT with her once a week and do two other solo workouts from her which we revisit periodically. I’m so pleased with how I’ve progressed since Autumn 2024 and she really helps keep me motivated. And all from the comfort of my lounge with my own kit!!”
