An Extraordinary Opportunity.

Wealth creation isn't about what you know, sometimes its not even about who you know, more often than not, its about who you know, knows. That's the power of networking and that is what sets a good mentor apart from an Extraordinary Mentor.

If you have seen Nicholas in action on the Property Elevator, you will have seen the level he operates at and will have had a glimpse of the calibre of his contacts. Just imagine what having his number in your Little Black Book of contacts would do for your Wealth Creation journey.

In celebration of the release of Series 7 of Property Elevator, Nicholas has opened up a limited number of spaces in his 1-2-1 Mentorship Program. This is an Extraordinary Opportunity to work with Nicholas, 1-2-1 and truly accelerate your Wealth Creation journey to the next level.

The Rock Bottom Paradox was written for a very selfish reason.

I’d love to say that I started writing the book with the reader in mind and that I started with some grand intention to better the world, to help others, to share some profound knowledge, to change lives, to teach and to guide. The truth is I can’t.

You see, the book was a form of catharsis for me, a way of picking myself up from my own rock bottom. It became my personal blueprint for turning adversity into opportunity. Why am I telling you this? Because when I was at my worse, all I wanted, was to know that someone else understood what I was going through, had been through it, and had come out the other side. Most of all I wanted to know that it was all going to be okay, that how I was feeling was normal, and that no matter how difficult it all felt, it would get better. Honestly, if the book can help just one person to see that, then it will have been a success for me.

Why Rock Bottom?

The reality is that Rock bottom is universal, it most likely happens to us all at some point, but it also feels so totally unique when we are there. All of us will hit rock bottom at some point in our life. That point when it all seems hopeless, like everything that you have worked for is gone, and everything you dreamed of has evaporated. You might feel like a failure. You may feel angry or even guilty. You might feel like no one else could possibly understand what it’s like to be at rock bottom. When the truth is, you’re not alone. somewhere, someone feels exactly the same way and so many people have been where you are and have come through the other side.

Life is an undulating journey of ups and downs. But whatever life throws at you, whatever your rock bottom looks like, our hope is that the book will help you navigate it. Help you build resilience. Help you cope with the not-so-good times. And, importantly, help you appreciate the good times. We wrote this book as a Blueprint, a guide on how to turn Adversity into Opportunity.

Next week I will be introducing you to some of the characters in the book and discuss why we wrote it as a story rather than in the traditional self-help style.

Many Thanks, Martin

Following on from last weeks book review of The Art of Happiness, this week I look at "Manifest" by Roxie Nafousi. This book has become a key resource for me and sits permanently on my bedside table.

In the book Nafousi emphasizes the importance of believing in oneself and our ability to realise our goals and dreams. She tells us that our beliefs shape our reality, and that by fostering positive beliefs, we can manifest our desires into existence.

The book highlights the significance of being clear about what we want to manifest in our lives and only by setting clear intentions, can we align our actions and thoughts with our goals.

Nafousi explains that only by adopting a mindset of abundance and gratitude, can we attract positive experiences and opportunities into our lives.

My biggest lesson from the book was that while manifestation involves setting intentions and visualising our desires, you cannot disregard the importance of taking inspired action and surrendering to the flow of life. Only by combining action with surrender, do we allow the universe to work its magic and manifest our dreams effortlessly.

Remember, whatever type of building you’re working with, your goal as a property investor is to always add value. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter whether you’re converting an office block, developing an existing residential building, or building something from scratch. You’re adding value either by physically improving the site (which may include building on an empty plot of land) or changing the use of the building to something more valuable.

A great pro tip from our co founder

It's Physical Health and Wellness Month, in conjunction with our friends and we're super excited to kick things off with some motivation to get us moving!

Motivation is crucial for staying active and keeping our bodies feeling healthy and well.

Exercise is a vital component of physical health and well-being because it helps us maintain a healthy weight, build strength, strengthen our immune system, help us to manage stress, reduce our risk of chronic diseases and some cancers, and even enhance our cognitive function!

So, how can you get motivated right now? Find an activity you really enjoy, set realistic goals, get someone to workout with you or hold you accountable and track your progress.

This month, let's make exercise a regular part of our routine and work towards a healthier, happier lifestyle.
