🌈 🐟We’ve had a bit of a Rainbow Fish theme going on at East Harptree Nursery! 🐟🌈

After enjoying the story together, the children got busy making their own Rainbow Fish.

There were plenty of colours, lots of shiny scales and some very different ideas about what a Rainbow Fish should look like! It was brilliant to see how different each one turned out.

🎈 Bristol is getting ready for one of its biggest events of the year, the Balloon Fiesta! Are you going? 🎈

The sky over Bristol will be filled with hundreds of balloons taking to the air and the Night Glows will be lighting up the evening.

It’s one of those weekends that makes Bristol feel a bit special.

πŸŽ“βœ¨ A day to remember at East Harptree Nursery βœ¨πŸŽ“

Last Thursday we celebrated our little graduates before they take their next steps into primary school.

The children enjoyed a fun-filled graduation party, followed by a lovely picnic with their families before putting on their gowns and caps for the big ceremony.

Each child proudly received their graduation certificate and had a special photo taken to mark the occasion.

πŸš’ What an exciting visit we had on Wednesday! πŸš’

The wonderful team from Chew Valley Fire Brigade came along to visit us at East Harptree Nursery.

The children got to meet the firefighters, take a look around the fire engine, use the hoses and find out more about the amazing work they do.

It was a brilliant way to learn about staying safe while having lots of fun along the way. A huge thank you to the Chew FireFighters team for taking the time to come and see us.

β˜€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ What a brilliant Sports Day we had at East Harptree Nursery! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈβ˜€οΈ

The sun was shining, the children were full of energy, and our little athletes had a fantastic time taking part in races including the classic egg and spoon to the iconic sack race.

A big thank you to all the parents and families who came along to cheer everyone on. After all that racing, the children enjoyed a well-deserved picnic together, relaxing in the shade.

One step closer to it coming home!

Forget penalty shootouts… the biggest challenge tonight will be convincing a toddler that 6:30pm is definitely bedtime. πŸ˜‚

Good luck to all the parents attempting the early bedtime masterplan!

Our recent trip to Court Farm Country Park was fantastic. From meeting pigs and goats to saying hello to cows, donkeys, ponies, and sheep.

With plenty of water breaks to keep everyone cool, it was a wonderful day of learning and exploring.

A huge thank you to everyone at Court Farm Country Park for making our visit so enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

⚽ WOW! What a game that was last night! ⚽

Our little football fans have been getting creative by making their very own footballs using paper plates. They’ve also been out in the park having a kick about, is the next Harry Kane or Chloe Kelly at East Harptree Nursery?
