East Harptree Nursery

East Harptree Nursery will be closed on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June due to the red extreme heat warning that is in place for our area.

This wasn't an easy decision, but after careful consideration, we feel it's the right one. The safety, comfort and wellbeing of the children in our care will always be our top priority, and we do not believe we can provide a safe and comfortable environment on site during these extreme conditions.

Thank you for your understanding and support in keeping our children safe.

Two celebrations in one today!

Did you rise with the lark to witness the amazing spectacle of the mid-summer sunrise? What will you do with all that extra daylight today?

It’s also Father’s Day today and is a great chance to say thank you to all the dads, grandads and father figures who play such an important role in the lives of the children at the nursery. Here’s to you, have a great day.

East Harptree Nursery We have friendly, experienced staff whose priority is to ensure the wellbeing of your children and promote their joy of learning.

We're looking for a new home for this brand-new office chair!

The box is unopened and the chair unused, and we'd love to pass it on to someone who can make good use of it. In return, we're asking for a donation to support the nursery, with all contributions helping us continue to provide a fantastic environment for our children.

📸 Say cheese! 📸

Children’s photo day is coming up on Thursday 4th, and we’re really looking forward to seeing everyone looking their best!

The children really enjoy having their photos taken, so getting them ready in the morning might be easier than usual! A quick brush of the hair, a big smile, and their favourite outfit is all that’s needed 😉

A little reminder for all parents and carers.

Parents’ Evening will take place on Friday 12th June from 5pm–7pm. We will be sending out your allotted times week commencing 1st June.

This is a lovely opportunity to meet with your child’s key adult, chat about their progress, and discuss how they’re getting on at nursery.

What a busy few days at East Harptree Nursery!

The children had lots of fun learning all about America, colouring in flags, creating their very own ranch, and baking delicious blueberry muffins together.

We also enjoyed another fantastic visit from Nikkita at Patta Cake Parent & Baby Wellbeing Classes, who delivered one of her fun-filled music and movement sessions for the children.
