What a wonderful final two days at Abacus before the end of term!

Thank you to all of the parents for all of the gifts we have received, they are so thoughtful and so much appreciated. We don’t quite have the words to summarise what a spectacular year we have had but the school leavers hold such a special place in our hearts. We wish the children a huge good luck for September, we know they will be absolutely brilliant at school - but before then… have a super fun summer! ☀️☀️☀️☀️

Wow Abacus Stoke Gifford we have all loved our last 2 days of term rodeo themed 🐴 we have;

🍕 Cooked yummy pitta pizza for snack
🐴 Pinned the tail on the horse
💃 Lined dance to country music and had a dance party
📷 Had a photo shoot
🤠 Enjoyed our dress up outfits, amazing effect Abacus
🌭 Made hotdogs in the mud kitchen
❤️ Said goodbye to our friends going to but school

We wish our school leavers the best of luck in reception, you have all been superstars ⭐️ We hope you all have an amazing summer and we will see you in September 😀

Wow what a busy last full week of term we have had here @ Abacus Stoke Gifford, we have;

🧑‍🎓 Had a beautiful graduation for our school leavers class ‘26
👶 Enjoyed a visit from Charlotte and cuddles from her baby girl
🍦Made our own ice cream at the Abacus dessert parlour
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Talked lots about the football and watched the highlights
🧡 Made beautiful memories with our friends new and old
☕️ Created mew yummy drinks in the mud kitchen
💦 Kept cool in the hot weather with lots of water play
⚽️ Played lots of football in the garden
🧱 Created lots of big houses and towers with the Lego
🔢 Practiced our counting with the hopscotch
🧡 Said our goodbyes to some of our friends leaving for big school, we will miss you and wish you all the best for your next chapter.

Just a reminder we are open Monday & Tuesday and will be dressing up rodeo themed both days🐴 Our last day will be Tuesday 21st July. Have a fab weekend and we’ll see you again soon 😀

💚Abacus @ Emersons Green

On this fantastic Friday we have been celebrating… ICE CREAM DAY 🥳

🍦We have loved role playing at the ice cream shop! We had ice cream tubs, ice cream cones and ice lollies - even using money to buy the ice creams!!
🎨 Used the pipettes to squeeze paint onto the ice cream cones to make wonderful, colourful ice creams
🍭 Played an interactive ice cream colour matching game
🧁Made our own ice creams in the mud kitchen using gloop and spoons to make delicious scoops
🚌 Role played driving an ice cream van and handing out ice creams
🍨 Enjoyed real ice cream after lunch with sprinkles ✨

🪵 We have also been enjoying the natural resources to make pictures and models
🪛 Using the busy buses to practice working with bolts, screws and screwdrivers
👶 Loved role playing with the babies in the home corner

We look forward to the last two days of term next week before the summer holidays ☀️ have a great weekend!

Happy graduation 👩‍🎓 class of 2025/26. Over the last year we have watched your children grow in confidence, curiosity, kindness and independence. They have learned to laugh, cry, play and make wonderful friendships making memories that will stay with them and us for years to come.
Today marks an exciting milestone as they take their next step toward primary school, we are so proud of everything they have accomplished and we know they are ready for their next adventures..

Thank you for your trust, support and partnership throughout this special year, it has been a privilege to watch your children learn and grow and we wish each child success, happiness and lifelong love of learning. 🥰
