ළමා කාලයේදී දෙමව්පියන්ගෙන් පහරදීම් වලට ලක්වීම (Physically abuse වීම), ළමයෙකුගේ Brain development එකට සහ Psychological development එකට, අහිතකර බලපෑම් ඇතිකරනවා.
Brain structure එකේ අහිතකර වෙනස්වීම් වෙන්න පවා හේතු වෙනවා.
මේ නිසා, ළමා කාලයේදී physically abuse වීම, පසු කාලීනව විවිධ විවිධ psychological problems ඇතිවීමට ඉහළ බලපෑමක් කරනවා.
