These are some of the biggest mistakes I see people make regularly.

Not because they're lazy.

Not because they don't want results.

Usually because they've been told fitness has to be extreme.

Cut carbs.
Train every day.
Never eat out.
Never miss a session.
The reality is much simpler.

The people who get the best results aren't usually the most extreme.

They're the most consistent.

They build habits that fit around their life and stick with them long enough to see progress.

That's where real results come from. 👊

The physical transformation speaks for itself - BUT

My favourite part of this week's check-in wasn't the weight loss.

It was:
"I've realised I haven't had any kind of mental health episodes for a while."

That right there is why health and fitness should never be judged purely by a number on the scales.

Yes, he's lost 18kg.

But he's also gained:
✔ More confidence
✔ More energy
✔ Better habits
✔ Better mental wellbeing

All through -
Consistent training.
Better nutrition.
Daily movement.
Nothing extreme.

Just showing up week after week and trusting the process.

Proud of everything he's achieved so far.
The scales only tell part of the story. 👊

I asked a simple question on my stories.
What's harder?
Knowing what to do?
Or actually sticking to it?

75% of people voted for sticking to it.
And honestly, I agree.

Most people already know they should eat better, move more and train consistently.

The challenge is doing it when work, family and life get in the way.

That's where the right plan makes all the difference.
👊

You can do all of that....

And STILL perform.

Whats something you enjoy, that people question if it's "allowed" ? 👇

One thing this weekend reminded me...

The people who stay fit for years aren't always the most motivated.

They're usually the people who find a way to enjoy the process.

Work hard.
Challenge yourself.
But don't forget to enjoy it as well 😂👊
