Delve deeper into your practice with a yoga session inside the stunning St Stephen's Church
A one-off two-hour vinyasa, breathwork and yin immersion designed to offer the time and space to move beyond the experience of a regular class, within the stunning setting of St Stephen's Church, Westminster.
We’ll work through a steady, progressive sequence, approaching the practice in a way that allows for greater clarity and ease. There will also be space to explore breath work more deliberately, supporting steadiness, focus, and a more settled quality of attention throughout the practice. At points there will be opportunities to practice your arm balances and inversions with support and encouragement.
This session is suited to those with an existing practice who want to deepen their experience and spend longer with some more of the challenging aspects of vinyasa, whilst retaining the accessibility with different options, so that everyone will feel included. The extended format allows for a more considered approach, often leading to a greater sense of connection, balance, and quiet at the end of the practice.
