Hi Low Enders,

Through this video I want to teach you an exercise designed to promote the finger per fret method and get you comfortable playing with your left hand!

I haven't shown the last two shapes as I want you to work them out! How else can we rearrange C major ? Figuring out where we are going on the fret board is as important as the playing :)

Start Slow 60bpm 8th notes and build up.

This is me playing portrait of Tracy by Jaco Pastorius , a harmonic masterpiece, Just wish I could do it some justice :).

So over the next few weeks I will be releasing videos explaining how to play this , navigating the odd time signatures , harmonics and playing bass with melody at the same time.

Hey Low Folk,

So this is the full track that was previewed a few days back!

The Bassline was written to be supportive of the orchestral arrangement whilst providing motion.

It uses simple rhythms and money making 8th's to achieve , tone is important and adds weight to the low end which underpin the strings and brass.

Hey Low enders ,

I had the pleasure of playing on this track with the band Warsaw radio, (you'll see me dancing around !)

The gear used was beautiful and thus the bass tone is warm , responsive and just all round punchy.
